The Combat Environment Debuff on this stage is -30% Deployment Resources. Hence the importance of using a DP generator to get units out more quickly. Lin Xien and Sigma have both been used for that role.
While in this particular clear I am using pretty well built units - I used the same comp couple weeks earlier with more units at lvl 100 and less gear - taking about 1:15-1:25 to complete. If less geared then consider manual deployment further to the right as that significantly increases damage output due to less time wasted by characters walking.
