The amount of potential damage to prints and cutting when it doesn't come off the roller would make me steer clear from this product until that is fixed.

when working, have one labor collect the cutting pieces on the front of machine, usually will not wait for the pieces down from the worktable like the videos, it just show how the machine working.

​@@andycncmachine Understandable, but I run a small shop in regards to employees, so most of the time I am running the machine myself. A better way to help single users would be a huge help. The entire industry needs to do this with their machines. Fantastic machine though. Does the laser "melt" the edges when cutting to prevent fraying?
