I did have that issue with the clasps on my Cassie. I saw a review on it and the lady said to make sure that the clip opening is faced away from the bag and it has worked for me 👍🏻 I have six Cassie’s and one Cassie 19 and I love them !!! Hope that helps you. I haven’t had the problem since I made sure the clasp openings were facing outward 😊

I love the regular Cassie by .....it is such a Classic. So, far I haven't experienced the strap coming off of my Cassie, but it has occurred with my Coach Scout hobo.

Mine did the same but then I just attached the clip facing away from the bag, haven’t had the problem after that.

Wow, that’s interesting. I have the coach Cassie in black leather as well and my straps have never come off. I do naturally turn the clips outward, so perhaps that’s why? Anyway, if you want to sell the others I would love to check them out. I just may buy them! I absolutely love this bag and it’s been with me all around the world. ❤ it’s definitely a forever bag for me.

I found the color-blocked Cassie preloved on eBay & I'm so glad I took the plunge because it's become one of my 'go-to' bags to the point that I have a few others that I'm seriously considering parting with because I just don't use them as much. Oh & no, so far anyway, I haven't had any issues with any of the hardware on any of my Coach bags.

The strap of my Cassie kept coming off so many times that I got a new purse strap chain from Amazon. But I still love the bag!!

I had the same issue and Coach replaced the dog clips for free. I brought it to the store and within a couple days they shipped the strap back to me. That was four years ago when I first got it. It’s worth reaching out to Coach though. Good luck !

I haven't had this problem with Coach, but I for sure had this problem with Rebecca Minkoff Mini MAC. I don't where that bag now because of the strap.

You can use the strap from another bag like the black Fossil Sydney, that is the strap i use for my Cassie

Put the clip on the other way and you won’t have that issue. I’ve never had my straps fall off on any of my Coach bags.

Like everyone on the comment section, attach the lobster clasp away from the bag. I've had the same problem before then after one youtuber gave this advise it never happened again.
