its not, its against ToS, normally he should get banned, but you know hes a big streamer, TF Blade will also never get banned even tho he constantly wishes his teammates and his enemys death, C words R words and whatever other toxic words. Only we will get banned/restricted for saying an F-bomb or calling people trash or calling someone a pu$$y because they hiding under tower the whole game.

I love the Quin league of lotto arc and I want him to come back eventually. However duoing with a challenger player is fucked. @whynot3000 should have actually known that it's stupid. If u wanna play together with people of different skill u are supposed to play flex queue. Quin has improved a lot at this game and guys keep in mind he is Oldge and fairly new to this game. But yea, he has to understand that the only ethical way to get out of streamsniper hell is to improve even more and that is obviously possible

he hasnt improved at all, the coach is legit the only reason he won those game, he doesnt know his dmg, his combos(oh yeah garen combo needs big brain... XD also continues to run conquer because he knows better than challengers ;D), strengths or when to go in/out. the coach was constantly telling him everything. wich i hope they get banned for because its against ToS to get boosted. like he lost to kayle in lane, like watch that lane its legit impossible to lose that. XD Imagine if he never got coached or told anything like how to manage anything in the game and he had to learn it himself by reading abilitys, learning cooldown windows to force an all in or bait something out of the enemy(ults, summs, important cds like zonya or qss), health/manacost management. he would be lost in wood 5 forever.
