Coach Khabib tells Javier Mendez to train more with team, less Coffee and Filming with Iphone time. Khabib Tells his former Coach now associate Coach Javier Mendez to train with team and get a sweat on. Khabib thinks Javier should lead more by example because his T shirt is not wet enough. Even Islam Makhachev checks on Coach Javier Mendez's level of workout during their practice, apparently Javier has a much drier T shirt. Well, when he was a fighter he worked hard. He led by example as a fighter. Now he is a coach. He must lead as a coach. I coached track and field when I was younger. The kids had a coach that was old and out of shape and liked to bark orders. When I came in, I would actually join on the runs since I was training for marathon races. That earned their respect and they followed me because they knew I wasn't asking anything I wouldn't do myself in training. Much respect to Khabib and coach Javier.
