it all depends on how injuried Barkov is. If the Panthers do anything the fix will be in, the entire team will be suspended and so will Coach Maurice. If he is injuried, then they goon it up. If he is healthy enough to come back for game 3 or 4, they don't goon it up. They worry more about winning the series. Best way to stop the other team to take cheap shots is to score on your power play. Best way to stop gooning the entire game, is to win the series and be done with it. You punch a hockey player in the face, he laughs. He sits in a box and knows he cost his team the game, he cries.

Where is Bennett's suspension in this playoffs...his punch to Marchand's face, his obvious charging/boarding that wasn't even called a penalty. The Tkachuk mauling on McDavid's breakaway...no penalty, meanwhile Bouchard's lovetap is called slashing. You're right, it is a two-tiered league. Good call.

I do believe this is the most comments on a FL Panthers coach interview page I have ever seen. Wow Edmonton's shady play and George Parros choices to not give any suspensions has brought so many eyes on the FL Panthers. Parros, one of the biggest useless goons out there with 0 hockey ability is in charge of player safety. Its just a total joke as he was as a player.
