Smart move ! as a coach you basically live at the facility plus you eat 90% of your meals at the facility.

I like #8 best. It feels the most spacious. The Redwood is nice too. You need to think about how much time you'll actually spend in it. It seems like you're on campus a LOT. Take a look at used RVs. If you went with a van type, you wouldn't need a new truck to haul it. There are places in Boulder to look. Good luck!

I bought a AS travel trailer last year to camp throughout the year. I will eventually go full time half of the year. You dont need as much space as you think need. Also, Recreational Vehicles are big for the outdoors person. So, dont plan to stay inside all the time unless raining or snowing heavily.

Yep it's an easy decision for me these days.. I've owned houses and land.. has raised my 4 kids and I am most certainly down sizing similar in the next 6 months... I no longer need a big house etc.... #freedom #downsizing #travel #adventure #enjoylifemore I am 100% on board.. I live on 1 sized of this big house..I am so ready for this change 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️💪🏾🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏾💕

Coach Mo is a big guy. That being said he needs an RV with the most sleeping and relaxing space. Also washer n dryer are a must. Along with affordability comfort must be a priority. You don't want to be miserable in your living space.

I like #9 and #4 and while they’re very nice, it seems like there’s no place to escape to. It’s a big decision, maybe consider renting one for a couple months. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Will be curious to see what you decide. Best of luck Coach.

Hey Coach Mo 2-8 all good those campers are call 5th wheels with slide outs. #2 is a 5th wheel toy hauler with slide outs because you can haul a motorcycle, atv you can use it for a back porch a guest bedroom or office space in some cases people do all uses. But two subjections do not rule out buying a nice use 5th campers and the bigger the camper is the bigger the vehicle you will need to tow it with.

Hey coach, try for one with a sofa area( you can watch film and relax), the bed areas are different. Find one that is comfortable. Small nice kitchen area, bathroom, shower and washer and dryer.

Coach Mo & his other half, seem like they like a lot of space. I think that they should get the RV, that has the most space. I’m, sure, they can make a profit on their six-bedroom house, if they decide to sell. You can travel, from, East to West, with an RV, & never worry about staying at a hotel. Look at a Used Prevost Coach or Used Spacecraft fifth wheel.... with the Spacecraft you will need a HDT but the frame is constructed of steel not aluminum.... the two I mention are custom RV...when you look a production RV's they use lower grade material unless you specifically ask them to upgrade... I believe getting a coach is best and you can tow a vehicle... these production RV's look good in shows but are know to fail direct from factory

Don’t do it !!! We bought a 5th wheel monster and lived in it for a month maybe 2 !!! Hated it !! Thank God I didn’t agree to sell our 3200 square foot home bc I was ready to come back home. Cold weather is the worst and hot summers is like sleeping in an oven at 400 degrees, shower was small ! DONT DO IT

The apartments Deion's kids are living in (leasing) are over 4K monthly. It may be a decent investment over the next two to three years. Instead of giving the money to a landlord he can basically pay off the RV with that same living expense. He can always use it for travel and also possibly own a home where he decides to coach/train next. I would rather own something rather than just give it to a property owner. Boulder, CO. is expensive to say the least.

@@7Louise7 because they are made to fall apart. You’ll be constantly repairing and upgrading it. The people that seem to do the best are the ones that are seasoned mechanics and carry tools and spare parts with them for road repairs, because thats when they happen.

Coach Mo does not wants to drive a RV around, he just wants a cheap place to lay his head in Denver/Boulder where Rent is $5K -$12K. He's also considering converting a trailer into tiny home. He spends most of his time at the University. Once he leaves Coach Prime & move to another city, he'll probably sell the RV.
