I just ordered a retail lip print notebook and was disappointed by the quality of the leather and the hardware. The clamps on the front has gaps and looks like it can fall off from regular use. However, my notebook from the outlet looks great. The hardware looks like it will hold up. I can toss it around and not worry about the leather or hardware. Thanks for posting. I’m returning ASAP

I recently ordered a Coach notebook from the outlet and is is in perfect condition. It’s the signature print with the stamped logo on the back cover and has nice think paper. I noticed that Coach retail charge almost twice as much for their notebooks. I would definitely return all 3 of the items.

I actually ended up giving the pink notebook away to a friend. I did keep the black one though. I condition it with leather conditioner occasionally

It “looks” dirty not “look” return the items if you can’t appreciate. You condition the leather to keep it Prestine. I can tell you’re not a “true” Coach aficionado.
