The man Ouatara as I see him, seems like a politician and not a tactician. He is also responsible to some extent to our relegation woes. He is unable to make the best out of what he has. Why does he want already cooked players and not use his expertuse to turn his boys into useful materials. The complaints from him do not sound professiobal for me. He should be disposed of and Ennin employed. The man Ouatara is himself not a good coach. How did zLouis Agtemang become a striker? Was it not because because of a coach? How did Johnson become a striker? Was it not because of a coach? How did Nii Noi Dowuona a lawn tennis star become such a good footballer? So what is Ouatara about. Also Togbe should also be flexible and realistic as a Board chairman. Salifu's contract expires on 31st July. Outara should go for the boy.

Ouatara is not a modern Coach, he's not dynamic interms of tactics. Hearts will still struggle with this technical director. He took us to relegation if not some considerations from our opponents.

I have said it over and again that Quottarra should be fired. Nothing is going to change because Quottarra is the problem. I wonder why the managers our team can't see this. Quottarra himself knows he is the problem. A time like this should have been given to a new coach to sign his players and transfer those he will. Unfortunately it's being wasted on a coach who played 17 matches with no tactical variations. Assistant coaches are not going to do his job for him. Quottarra's coaching career ended so many years before he came to Hearts. He blamed players for his failures. It's just a waste of time again
