Tried out as a walk on at Mt Sac , where Ap played College football for a minute .also met Duece Gruden down @ Powerhouse Gym Tampa FL. Raiders must give Ap time. He's a winner , tough gritty ex linebacker . He's a perfect Raider to lead the organization. Not getting into the draft . Must rehire AP . There was major steps backwards this season! We handled our division pretty well last year & competed considering all the circumstances! All the teams in our division now have decorated future hall of fame coaches if AP believes he now has the answers to the test after learning from this season then give him one last shot! Agree but the big question is how much of the decisions were his… He sounded like he wanted AOC from day 1 but got over ridden by GM and OC to minshew somehow. They don’t tell us the real details so we only guess. Whoever made the call to hire Getsy and start Minshew over AOC is who made the mistake. No one expected AOC to take us to playoffs this year- but he was the guy that should have started to build the offense. But Getsy- what a nightmare. Mark should give 100% decision but also 100% responsibility so if we are dying next year- can him

@@ericsperanza7286I know you’re frustrated but in all honesty this is the best group we have had in 2 decades. The MAIN issues this season was not starting AOC from game 1, Injuries, we were without Bennet, Maxx, Hobbs, Wilkins, JPJ, Mayer, Koonce, Epps, Diablo, Even AOC was out for 4-5 games due to injury. Minshew as well. Couple that with heaving the 4th youngest team in the NFL and a rookie HC and this outcome makes sense. But I think we can take the chemistry that we have now and knowledge gained from this season and work out the kinks for next season. As long as we are healthy I think we will be dangerous in our second season as a unit. Starting over isn’t always the best idea. Some times it’s smarter to build on what you have. And we have a good QB and HC. We just gotta let them cook and learn from there mistakes.
