Please remember game management is a collaborated effort. A lot of of his decisions is based on what he is told from the booth. It’s a very easy fix. but what you can’t fix easily is the type of motivation that he brings as a coach. Under the circumstances, losing his number one running back Josh J,hurt the team. The early play of the offensive line hurt, They needed time to Gel. That was detrimental to the development of the offense. . Not to mention not getting the offensive coordinator that he wanted and settling for Luke G. And please don’t forget the debacle with Davante Adams. Give him time, and if it doesn’t work out changes, can always be made. But under circumstances he has done an amazing job.

These guys should be motivated to play because it is their job, lively hood, they get played very well to be motivated. Everyone is making excuses for AP. He has not shown any growth in his development as a coach. He's not learning from his mistakes. I really liked AP but we have to be real.

@ I totally respect that. But under the current circumstances, you could had Vince Lombardi and he would have failed. You name me one coach with the exception of Don Shula and Dan Marino. Who has had a productive offense without a running game. Also all the turnovers earlier on in the season had nothing to do with the head coach. It was the offensive coordinator and quarterback play. I’m just saying.

AOC a baller fr fr. You have to look at some of his throws, are straight dimes. So more playing time he will only get better. Not to mention he’s been moving in the pocket which people said he couldn’t. He will get better

I believe they should approach the draft the same way they did last year. There isn't a can't miss, gotta have QB in this draft. RB, OL, and a WR either through the draft or FA! AOC I believe is going to continue to get better but draft a QB in 3rd or 4th

I think they should draft a quarterback every year until they find at least two good quarterbacks, but don’t sell the farm for neither one of the two top quarters of this draft it’s not worth it. I don’t think. I don’t see neither one of them being a Daniels or a CJ after watching Sanders in this last game he played he look like he gonna need some-grooming

Josh mcdaniels was rightfully fired. Gruden resigned. Del Rio lost the locker room and we all know how bad Dennis Allen was. He doesn’t know how to hire that is the problem

I totally agree 👍🏾 that AP has done ✅ the best job he could, with all the debacle with Devonte Adams, Gardner playing terrible, all the injuries losing Wilkerson and Malcolm koonce, not getting the OC he really wanted 👉🏽 Cliff Kingsberry, and having to settle for Luke Gestsy 🤦🏽‍♂️. AP is an awesome motivator, and I’m impressed that our players are still playing hard for him, and not giving up and not trying to tank games for a damn draft pick.

My opinion - A MUTINY among the entire Raider team of players asking to be traded will erupt IF upper management FIRES head coach, Antonio Pierce. It's never happened in sports, but it will happen within hours of announcing AP has been FIRED. The players are sick & tired of new coaches, new systems every year. These last two games, the players have virtually eliminated penalties & turnovers. I'd like to see AOC work in some pump fakes B4 throwing the ball. INJURIES to players all season long is THE reason for the Raider's poor win/loss record this season. Going with Gardner Minschew as the starting QB in preference to AOC was a poor coaching decision.

Stay with AP as HC? And what has he learned about himself? He replied. Patience and stay with his gut. He needs to improve with game and time management. And, game strategy as well as in-game adjustments. The gut part. Well, I would say that needs to improve as well. Keep your word! The truth of the matter. Your gut wasn't that good with the decision of not going with AOC as starting QB. He earned it from last year's performance. Especially under the circumstances he went through. You based your decision on the pre-season. Pre-seasons are now pathetic to get true evaluations. AP, you want players to own up and man up. Well, that goes for you as well...
