Tonight, they beat another trash team, and again, the offense did much of nothing in the 2nd half, and fans are back on give him the job next year. He doesn't call plays on either side of the ball. Personally I want a proven winning head coach. Not a guy learning on the fly. So in a year or 2 he's getting fired and all this bs is getting repeated all over again.

Defense been playing really good all year, O'Connel figured out that letting go of the ball just a split second quicker than what he was doing makes all the difference in the World! That’s what’s I’m talking about ! The defense and the offense matched the same intensity. Offense played with that chip on its shoulder every down the play calling was aggressive, sharp and clever. The defense relentless not letting the chargers get anything easy and beating them down. The Chargers looked the surrenders as they excepted defeat. The fumbles or takeaways because they took them balls from them , I’m as proud as I can be even though I was at the game last week when they scored no touchdowns.
