A few years ago, Coach Prime and Kirk Franklin were guests on ‘Steve Harvey’s morning show, sharing their life’s trials that literally saved my life. Around that time, a few years back, I lost my mom to breast cancer, who was my best friend, as well as other family concerns. I just did not have a desire to live anymore. I wasn’t thinking about committing suicide, but I just did not care if I lived or died, even though my kids really needed me. After listening to Coach Prime share when he almost gave up on life, it penetrated my soul and inspired me to snap out of my rut and move forward. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the man that Coach Prime is and the inspiration he pours into this world.
