Yes I did, it wasn’t ok lol 😂, this is such a beautiful bag but I think I need to go to the store and look at it, mine had a random black spot on the front and when I examined it further I found a faint line going down one side.

😁, Thank you I love the look of this bag, I wanted it for the chain and removable strap, but honestly it’s not much different from the quilted Madison, The strap alone cost a lot so I figure why not get the complete set at the sale price. 😊TFW

I hear you and agree 100%, I contacted customer service via chat, after noticed the black spot and a line down one side that I didn’t notice before, they told me on the chat that they couldn’t replace and try to make me keep with only 15% off, that’s nothing I have to look at that forever, so I called and they said they’ll send out a replacement.😁….TFW!!

@@danabyrd4584 they said they could send me a replacement, but someone else said they were sold out, I don’t know which to believe, you can call to see if they have it, or maybe go through an SA, you might be able to get it that way.
