I'll also be real about it. When you have a defense like they're having, you're not as afraid to take a few chances. Say he went for it twice on fourth in a game instead of taking two field goals. With the kind of juggernaut offense we have, one converts and we get 7, the other fails but our defense holds them to no points. That 7 is worth more than the 6 you'd get if you played it safe and kicked both field goals. It's not traditional thinking, but traditional thinking says don't pay a running back. Lmao. Imagine if Saquon went elsewhere...

Jake Elliot is usually automatic, so I was more or less wondering what was with him last game? He seemed like he was fine with Dallas. I appreciated Sirianni at least listening to advice after the Jags and for not losing faith in his kicker, but hopefully, some fine tuning and a weeks time to rest up will solve the issue. Good defense and solid football last night. Keep improving, stay hungry, and you will get back to the big dance.
