I believe CUC has a slightly bigger team and competition wise I believe CUC is on a higher competition level and CUC has had more seasons so both practice the same, give their all, fuss and fight and cry, but you can not compare

I have decided I'm not going to critique the athletes in the comments anymore, just the coaches. Does push ups help correct the error or is it just punitive? Maybe if they did drills (motions and stunts) instead of push-ups and running as punishments, they would improve drastically overall. I don't see a lot of corrections, just punishment, so they will continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. Conditioning is always great but I feel like that should happen before every practice anyway.

Pushups are an acceptable way of punishment, it doesn’t hurt the athlete it only makes them physically stronger

On the second day when one lady calls the cheer nobody should be looking around turning their head to see her. You don’t need to see her to KNOW the cheer. Look ready to do the cheer when she’s done calling it. Edit: I like how they correct themselves by doing push ups. But there has to be another way because it be the same ones doing push ups. It’s like they aren’t learning WHY they are doing the push ups. They continue to do the same mistakes which is causing them to keep having to do them. Also in some of the cheers I believe it was the “pay attention” cheer when they were turned to the side some had their heads straight while other ladies had their heads turned. It’s just the minor stuff when it comes to the call and response cheers. But they probably deduct 1/2 points. But every 1/2 point or point COUNTS. You never know it can be down to that last 1/2 that gets y’all 1st place. One more thing sorry I’m watching and typing. But the energy with the call and response cheers are off. You have faith and smiley with the MOST energy. That’s it’s starting to look a little sloppy and bouncy. Then you have the ones with the energy that goes up and down with different cheers. Everybody should be matching. The moves should be in-sync. No extra bobbles, hip shakes . Nothing. Everybody should move as one. And when I say energy I ladies I don’t mean screaming and yelling. I’m talking about giving faces, attitude.. look at how Journie cheers. The few people I can say grew from day ONE is Alima( sorry if I misspelled your name ) and Journie ( again sorry lol ). Lol I remember Journie couldn’t get the moves down to save her life. But she looking GOOOOODT honeyyyy !! ( say it with a T at the end). Shes grew on me
