Rodgers wish he could. 2:29 Fields doesn't have the finesse to throw those lob passes in the end zone in 1st n goal situations and Wilson is a better deep passer. Fields still needs to be developed. So if Russ starts out 3-0 in his first three starts averaging a Pittsburgh record 400+ yards of offense over a Steelers QB in the 1st three games of his Steeler career, will these mouthpieces be willing to praise him in the manner they praised Justin Fields when he won his 1st three games of his Steeler career? Since Russ took over, the team has increased it's production by over 100 yards per game, increased their scoring average, yards/play average, TD average, & 3rd down average. EVERY single receiver has been more involved in the offense and seen their yardage/game average, & yards /reception average, increase, and three members of the receiving corp all received their 1st TD catch of the season, and that includes Pickens. No matter which way you break it down, this Steelers offense is significantly more productive, and balanced, & the the playmakers are more involved and excited. It's clear, many of these Russ haters won't jump on the bandwagon until there is 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter of the SuperBowl and the Steelers are up by 21. Anything less than that they'll still be parroting "I'm not on the bandwagon yet", and even then they'll issue every caveat under the sun like "He wouldn't be doing as well without that defense, a great coach, and if he only had 3 fingers on his throwing hand, so he's still washed up." 🤗

What Cam said is true and I love Justin Fields and I love that he is on my team. He will play a huge role in some way later this season.
