Best example would be Amir khan and Canelo. Canelo was struggling with his speed until he finally timed his jab with the OH gameover

Man, I was caught off guard--and really appreciate--the mention of the late Vernon Forrest. There were a lot of guys from the Augusta Boxing Club who used come to my old gym (Doraville Boxing Club) to get work and Vernon was one of them. Back then I had no idea he was going on to the Olympics, much less on to be a world champion; however, when I found out that he was (going) it wasn't a surprise. I'd always stop my workout to watch his sparring because I liked his style and wanted to steal some of his moves. He was always super humble, down-to-earth, didn't bring any ego BS, and was just a beautiful cat to everyone. Thank you for keeping his memory alive. RIP Vernon.

Your wisdom and free information is always appreciated.. I hope you get what you desire in life don't let anybody block anything for you. People will block your purpose on purpose.Information is to be shared and not many people will do it out of jealousy. And knowing your potential. People pick your brain 🧠 for the wrong reasons and don't share anything with you...Especially protection that can fall under any category wisdom or fighting..stay true man and strong 💪

On this video - at 12.20, Coach Anthony just gave advice on one of the most important fundamentals to succeed and it has a deep meaning. Not just inside the ring, but even generally in life I feel. Fantastic way to close out the video with this speech! So glad to have watched this!

You and Eddie's friendship is so funny to watch. However timing is why it's important to gather information over rounds because it takes time to learn your opponent.

So it depends on the style of your opponents to make key adjustments and read the room .Two timing Masters
