@@rekahtul we will rotate Defense - Offense - out. We usually keep the offense on if they score. If the defense stops the offense then they get to go to offense and a new team will rotate in to play defense.

@rekahtul with high school players we usually allow them to rotate by themselves or sub themselves in while they are waiting. If it is younger kids, we will have a coach that will help them sub and rotate different players in for each team. We want all players to get an opportunity to play offense and defense in the drill.
