My personal experience is I have read it once completely and very carefully, even taking notes that I came back to afterwards, then I went out to apply the principles, but it was not complete with only one pass. I am reading it now for the second time, and it is incredible how you see new things eventhough is the same text. I am a female and lost my ex husband to a heart attack just 3 years ago , and then my long time boy friend to cancer 2 years ago. I started dating again and met a guy who I fell for when I first met him. we had a lot in common and had fun together. The relationship progressed and I ended up selling my house and moving in with him after 4 months of dating. Unfortunately it was a huge mistake and I since have moved out and bought my own house. My question is : Im confused as to why you say a guy should never "chase a girl" ? That was a huge factor in the failure of our relationship .... This is great - but I think that the exact words/terminology may be a bit off. In my view the central theme is less "dominance" and more "passion and focus" - also I think it can apply to both men like me and women. For instance - when anyone is passionate and focused on something that makes them happy and fulfilled - THAT is sexy and attractive. This also builds confidence which can add to sex appeal. To me the central issue is not who is outwardly dominant vs submissive - those are outward manifestations that may or may not speak to an individual's level of confidence. Some of the most soft spoken men I know ...although, not initially appearing outwardly dominant, are actually more confident than some of the louder, chest-pounding, and more "macho" men I know. You know a buddy of mine from ATL used to tell me this same advice back in the day when I was in my mid 20s. I didn't really take it that seriously back then cause I was young and dumb. However, now that im in my late 20s it makes much more sense now. I can actually remember back in the day when I was working and going to school in my late teens I had a somewhat easier time getting women's numbers, dating them, fucking them, etc. Of course this was between the years 2005-2008 when you could still meet halfway decent women. Today in 2016 its a little more difficult and there's way more bitches out there nowadays than respectable, honest, and trustworthy ladies. Smh. Anyway bottom line yes, do you fellas and everything else will fall into a place. I have to keep reminding myself of this too every once and awhile but it does work. And yes you still have to go out and be social but don't come off as needy or thirsty. Just be smooth and as cool as possible and you'll be good.

I'm figuring out through action I've been displaying, that dominant and courageous behavior gets you more optimistic stares from the opposite sex, as well as respect. Unlike doing a complete 180, using the over thinking method gets you nowhere except a mindset of anxiety and paranoia. There's nothing like having that Football captain, or firefighter mentality where dominance and courage get you so much further as a real man in day to day life.
