Sir I play solid drives or push with force when I batted in nets when I bat on open nets or in matches I am afraid of dimensions of the gound so I tried to hit hard so short dont goes with power or desiered direction I am doing deep breathing exercise but it happening again

Hi coaches, amazing video, amazing tips, and amazing shots by Zendon and Rassie, beautiful swing I am a long time follower of your youtube channel. I have a small problem in my batting style, which I don't know how to fix Actually, i use a back and across trigger movement like Zendon. I have been triggering for a year, so i am comfortable with it. But recently, I have noticed that I lean too much onto the front foot after trigger, which means that at my set position, it's almost as if I am committed to the front foot before the ball is bowled. Earlier I could hit amazing sixes on cuts and pulls to fast bowlers, but now this problem just came out of nowhere and I am struggling in the nets because of it. Is there any way you could suggest so that I can fix this problem? I don't want to make it a bad habit, I want to get rid of it as soon as possible. Thank you so much

hey guys, so i have a few things to ask. no. 1 i generally bat on synth, so when i play my turf games the deviation of the pitch really does me. also i find that i move around a lot when batting when the bowler bowls and i also find that i go on the backfoot to much and while im hitting my flicks, i keep on putting my front foot too far across and limits my ability to access the ball, causing me to go out lbw and my flicks r uncontrolled. if there is anything you guys have to help me in any of this, that will be great
