I was just reading about the stitching designs of cowboy boots. Evidently, most designers develop their own unique inlay pattern and use it the rest of their career. Aficionados can then identify the boot’s maker immediately!

Texan fan here...., you are right about the parts of the boot..Called scallop is the top edge of the boot as it is scalloped shaped. The cut out/stitched design is called the Collar of the boot. and they will sometimes continue the pattern to the "wingtips"/toes of the boot. But the actual style of the pattern Ive heard being called "Longhorn Paisley" (bc the scalloped shape the pattern follows is the shape of a longhorn.. Also could call it Western Paisley, Rodeo Paisley, or even Southern Paisley lol It also reminds me of pin stripping on cars or motorcycles.. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DESIGN ITS SOOOOOOO GORGEOUS 😍 👢💗😉🐂🐮

Kirsty, you hit me in the heart with this one. I'm Texan, born and raised, and I've been wearing my cowboy boots since I was 6 months (so, literally 53yrs). I love boots and all of the different stitching designs on them, my Hubby has some real interesting ones, too. I watched this and said, 'why has no one done this before?' Then I realized that only You, Kirsty, could bring out how special they are. Thank you Fay for letting her borrow your nails for this. Thank you Adam for just being so awesome. And Thank You Kirsty for making my day! (p.s. I would buy the boots that you designed the tops for here 😁)

It’s SO satisfying to see that nude polish being brushed on *so* thinly, but it still self levels out the brush marks and goes totally opaque 😂🙌🏻It’s like visual ASMR 😂💗 EDIT: I also have two Cassidy brushes - I obviously use the first one for one stroke, but the other is the perfect size and stiffness for cleaning up designs and cuticles 🙌🏻👌🏻
