Stop going to Target and Walmart my friends, You spend $950 you could have spent half. I know you don't live here but spend $60 get a Costco membership. They sell everything in bulk (TPD group size) and you can stock up on so many things that will feed the whole group not to mention $1.50 hotdog and a drink or $10 pizza while you shop, and bunch of free samples. They sell toiletries, camping gear and BOOZE! All Americans buy booze for parties there. Just get passed spending the $60 a YEAR membership, because its worth it for any US festival you go, there will be a Costco near by. You will get more and pay less. Or just ask a TPD fan to let you use their membership. (Gotta pay Visa or Cash though)

Not to say that it wouldn't still be a fun event, but man the lineups just keep getting worse. From what I saw the best acts this year were Vampire Weekend (who were a last minute fill-in), Gesaffelstein, No Doubt, Jamie XX, Diplo, and some parts of Lana del Rey set (big chunks were genuinely dull). Really, not much to choose from.

I wasn’t there this year but man I would’ve had so much fun at Peggy Gou, Orbital, Justice, Jungle, Gorgon City and Atarashii Gakko.
