Beautiful video, forgot how to play off-ball correctly after developing lazy habits. Good to read the fundamentals again and ready to instil these again in the game.

Off ball movement is truly underrated, you can be truly deadly with the combination of basic fundamentals in basketball 💯🔥

Words aint enough how much I thank you Coach for your vids,it helped me a lot as a player to improve my skills and how to play smartly and selflessly.

It’s also just so much easier to move around without a ball, you can make the same moves, fake a defender one way then make a cut, reject a screen offball and go directly to the basket, make the whole game easier for your team

Everybody wants to be good at dribbling but not moving without the ball. I always like it when someone could handle the ball. I could score more easily than having the ball and creating plays. If you have a selfish teammate it's better to handle the ball yourself. That's why getting good at everything is important.

Kudos to Coach Frikki, because he is able to teach a fairly large concept in 10 minutes and properly too. Massive respect 🔥🔥🔥

I like how Coach Friki goes so in depth when breaking moves and clips. Helps me so much ty coach!
@Steven-wq8tx10 ай бұрын
The exchange and cutting to get others open at 8:40 is a good reminder for me to keep trying to move off ball. I usually get frustrated when I make the effort to cut and screen for others but never get the ball and kind of give up moving and end up getting back early to defend the fastbreak.
