Great explanation. I would love it more if you could finish up with actual demonstration with the Javelin. A picture is worth a thousand words. I see many online coaches who talk but never follow through with an implement in hand.

I’ve been having trouble with throwing which is surprising since I threw an 82 in state. I’ve been watching vids like this to try to rewire and refresh my throwing methods to get ready for the GBL tournament.
