Coaching a Silver player with insane aim!

I gotta say the dude have a really good aim, more than enough to hit plat or diamond, if he trains it just a lil could easily get higher. He just needs to understand more the gamesense and mechanics of movement, shooting recoil of guns etc. And I personally think he should just start playing duelist, those bronze-silver ranks are really easy to get out If you just make an effort to understand a little more about the game. I wish the best for the guy!

I'm having a bit of the same situation as the guy you're coaching and I think my aims not that bad my movements mainly my problem right now along with my teammates who go on their own accord pushing, rushing and overall being aggressive despite not being a duelist and the opposite happening to my duelist teammates majority of the time.
