Coaching Part 1 - Coaching principles

This episode continues our focus on coaching. At Dixons, we spend a lot of time thinking about how to develop our people. We know that investing in the professional growth of colleagues is one of the best ways of accomplishing our mission. At its most simple, coaching helps colleagues to get better at their work - it usually involves colleagues focusing on embedding a weekly, actionable and specific step with the help of a coach.
