How about the fact that this generation has a lost a ton of loved ones in the same streets that they walk every day. Gun violence in our neighborhoods are higher than ever, people are dealing with trauma fr. For some reason he thinks everything stopped in his era and everything & everybody is soft nowadays… a lot of things has changed since his generation, some good, some bad, but regardless people are still dealing with real life. My main point is that we don’t have to lose anyone that went to war of this country to know what it feels like when our loved ones are getting killed in our neighborhoods daily.
