Perfecting Practice Plans

I do not use a call sheet on game day, like to go by feel of the game. We look at fronts and coverages and how we can attack them. Analyze who their worst players and find ways to get our best on their worst. The only technology I use is Hudl to breakdown film.

Coach, how do you drill your fly/jet sweep in practice? Do you vary your blocking scheme on the perimeter for those?

Your practices are very long. How do you keep the kids interested? How do you prevent burn out?

If we feel them losing interest we shorten periods.
