I had to go to a Physical Therapist to help with piriformis syndrome. this video gave me a lot more information than I did from her!

Thanks guys for sharing to all for free. I had no idea after years of running why I was all of a sudden having problems. Yes getting older but also busier in work and life. I had cut back on stretching and strength work. Now I realize that is the problem and not necessarily just the age or the running itself which is actually good news! Thanks again.

Very grateful for the advice. I'm going to try those stretches tomorrow morning. With luck, I'll be able to hit the treadmill tomorrow. If THAT goes well, I'll run outside. Got to get ready for my race in September.

Thank you! I’ve had piriformis that comes back whenever I increase my offices hours. I will try the stretches after every run and strengthening exercises at lunch time every day.

Great video guys 👍 I've been doing your strength and conditioning classes for over a year with very few issues.. Interestingly I've had a bad virus for over 4 weeks now and missed quite a few classes - my lower back / piriformis issues have come back ..and my hip mobility has reduced dramatically! 😔

I'm going to try these out and hopefully it helps. I've been having a lot of pain in both glutes but at separate times for some strange reason. If I stop exercising and stretching my right glute will stiffen up and hurt a ton. The past couple weeks that I've been back to working out it's my left glute that's in pain and my right side is painless. I've no idea what's going on and can't afford a doctor or physical therapist

Same for me. Stretching has not helped so far. Physical Therapy has brought some improvement but my Piriformis is still tight and hard.

Hi, thank you for this. Can I carry out the stretching and exercises multiple times during the day or is there a risk of overdoing it? Thanks again.
