I needed this so bad Rac. I kept thinking after a strikeout that i should be doing better. And my next at bat im still feeling it. Last night i struck out the first at bat and went 0 and 3, all strikeouts. When my mental is fine i go 3 for 3

Funny to think that I thought it was just me at the plate doing that! My phrase was "En el nombre de Jesús" Which translate "In the name of Jesus" in Spanish It always made me calmer and more confident that spiritually I wasn't doing it alone at the plate 🙏🏼 Also chewing gum help to divert focus & relax my hands from griping the bat to hard!

This really helped me a lot. I kept thinking about the last time I got struck out and it got in my head and I got struck out again because of it. After I watched this video I found my two words to boost my confidence. Load, explode. I kept repeating this to myself on deck. When I got up to bat I hit a nice walk off double to win us the game. This helped so much. Thank you for the advice.
