Cover 3 Basics from the 3-3 or 3-5

Well on zone coverage's you want to usually attack 1 person's space/assignment by giving him two option to choose from. You make it to where he will be wrong either way. If he honors one route then the other is open and vice/versa. Combo routes that pick on Corner's and/or OLB's are money.

Coach, how would you adjust against a 22 or 13 formation that runs 4 verticals?

What is the general rushing rule for your DEs when there isnt a blitz call. Do you crash them in the B-Gaps, or do they always rush C?

Hey Coach I run the 3-5-3 scheme with my Pee Wee team (10 & 11yrs olds). We open up the season next Sunday,...we are facing a team that plays Spread Offense. Any suggestions?
