BRING HOME THE FLAG
Take the flag and run to your own line without being tagged

KNEE TAG
Try to tag the knees of your opponent. Keep score!
Variation: Protect your own tail and try to catch the tail of your opponent
01:11 GAME 3
BOMB THROWERS
2 or 3 teams: try to hit the runner with a soft ball! Head doesn't count.
You get a point for your team when you reach the other side without being hit.
Variaton: samen with football, bomb throwers try to hit the football.

THE WAITER GAME
Ball should be on the palm of the hand.
You get a point when you punch a ball from te hand of an opponent, you lose a point when you lose your own ball

FREE CONE GAME
4 cones, 3 defenders, 1 attacker
The attacker tries to touch or knock over a free cone.
The defenders van "close" a cone by putting a hand on the cone
10 seconds to score!

CROSS THE RIVER
Try to cross the river without losing your ball. Ball should be on the palm of the hand.
Variatons: don't lose your tail!

ESCAPE GAME
4 gates, 3 defenders, 1 attacker
Try to leave the circle by dribbling through a gate.
Defenders can only try to block the ball when the attacker crosses the gateline.

GIANT BALL TAG GAME
Attacker tries to cross the zone without being tagged with the fitness ball
Safety First! No unsafe behavior!
Variation: Same game but dribbling with the ball, defender tries to get the ball of push the attacker out of the box.
05:36 GAME 9
CONE TOUCH ESCAPE
Attacker tries to cross the defending line without being tagged.
When the attecker touches a cone (left of right), the defender should do the same on his line before he can tag.
06:24 GAME 10
HULA HOOP RACE
Small groups, try to release your group from the hula hoop. It's not allowed to let go hands
Variation: bigger distance, first one becomes the last one in line.
