Hey Keren, social media is a tool, and definitely something you can use to your advantage. It is a great way for you to find new leads and connect with customers. Do some research and testing to see how you can best use it with your farm.

Start talking to them see if you can get a snapshot of their world and their daily lives. Real estate can be incredibly rewarding, but ultimately you need to choose that path that is right for you!

1 pickup the phone and call low hanging fruit . expireds and fsbo's withdrawn , everyday !!! 2 get online reviews from happy clients to post on media platforms 3 film a video outside house after selling it . post on KZbin and have your other multimedia' funnel back to you tube 4 get an assistant to handle marketing and paperwork and leverage a buyers agent to own your time and double down on listings smile to the bank? that about right ?
