Your demos of how not to do it are too funny but also very helpful. Thanks for your work & have a nice day.

Coach Vaughn, can this be a good beginner routine to do for a time forward? What can I do as warm-up? Can I do this workout several days in a row or do you need a day of rest (Kettlebells) in between? Appreciate every help and advice. Thanks!
@CoachVikingVaughn7 ай бұрын
You can do this workout 2-3x a week. If you have energy - you can even add it in after your kettlebell workout. Warm up wise, this is where Indian clubs (1-2lb light wooden clubs) are implemented because the focus is on speed and dexterity: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rWPGY36EqJmhps0

@@CoachVikingVaughn Thank you for taking the time, appreciate it 🙏 I will get 1-2 Indian clubs and have that linked workout as a warm-up, seems great. Can I add 2-3 excercises to the steel club workout?
@CoachVikingVaughn6 ай бұрын
Sure thing 👍Ya, do the beginner Indian Club drills as a warm up and then do this clubbell workout as your main strength work.

@@CoachVikingVaughn Thank you coach! 👊 Searched but can't find indian clubs here in Sweden. Can a 4,4 lb steel club be used instead of Indian club? Or is it to heavy?
