@@animation_craze we are all rookies working on this without much of a prior animation background. Our director trusted us thought out the process. Damn, this is so good. Scetchy nature of the animation makes every shot look alive, constant movement of people in thw background makes you feel that the world around kids is real, and the detail that you put into those back ground interactions is so rich! My view wont make you any money, unfortunately (views from Russia does not bring anything), but i do hope that algoritm will pick up this episode because i wrote a comment. Great job, loved every minute, would watch anything else from you.

The use of effects and animation style to represent the different feelings and personalities of the characters is amazing, i love it! Really makes you immersed with the realism of everything thats happening, you can see the level of distress, confusion or chaos within the animation itself, choice of camera angles and music. There are so many hidden details that directly show how these people react to the world around them, I particularly like the scene at 6:49 where you can directly see the atmosphere quickly change to a mess of uncontrolled meaningless yet beautiful images and dreamlike music as though his mind has collapsed and is attempting to escape from a confusing, uninteresting reality. Im glad to see the rare chance that youtube recommends great animations like this, something with this level of quality should have millions of views, you did a fantastic job on this!

I like the Sketchy animation style of this all, and I can appreciate everything that this pilot has to offer! Its very lively. One critism I do have is that, well, in each scene it feels like theres too much to be looking at, but this isnt bad on its own! Though, when theres so much happening in each individual scene, it kind of gets hard to focus on the main characters we SHOULD be focusing on, For example, 3:41 when Robbie first enters the school, the first frame we see leads our eyes towards the right side of the screen, but when we cut to the next shot… Robbie is on the other side of the screen, losing focus on Robbie completely. It seems like you are trying to show off both the main characters and the livelyhood of the background characters in each scene, all at the same time. Its okay to have lively backgrounds, but it strays the viewer away from the main characters and their own personalities as well as the emotions you want to convey with them. Though, in some cases the lively nature actually helps convey what the character is experiencing! For example, when clover is having the… mega Trip out… 8:08 It makes more sense that so many things are happening at the same time, the dude is quite literally tripping out! So here, it makes sense to have so many moving elements and energy. Theres alot more examples and blah blah blah but in conclusion, try not to include so much in one shot if it strays the viewer away from what you want them to be looking at! Use the energy to in its own individual shots where it makes sense to have to much going on, and also if you want to convey how horrible the school is, you could allsssoo just have shots dedicated to just that, instead of shoving them into every scene. Though, I liked this animation, and this was just my critique, Im not like an expert or anything so take this all with a grain of salt lol, Im just saying what i saw as the viewer

Yet another super cool underrated indie series for the year. For starters, I really dig the art direction - I haven't seen a lot of newer cartoons with this sorta watercolour sketchbook-esque art style both in and out of the animation industry, so seeing a new project take this sort of art direction was incredibly nice to see. It also complements the overall tone I see you're going with for the characters and storytelling very well, especially with all the neon surrealist visuals towards the end. All in all this is a really cool project, I hope it catches the attention of more people at some point soon.
