@Crafty McBushface , first off average people use their names not something made up for KZbin. So yes you are *trying* to be special. You come with insults then get offended when insulted in kind. I hope you’re not a troop leader, and if you are you need to change your attitude towards others because you are no leader.

Man for the last few years I pack all my deer out on a Roycraft pack frame. No shelf needed, just jack em down tight with paracord. I carry em for miles sometimes.

Thanks for this little tutorial Dan. I get my grandson this weekend finally after me being sick for a while and I was looking for things to do with him this is exactly one of the things that we are going to do this weekend the other one is going to be making a old style oil lamp and that should keep us a little busy this weekend anyway got to play before we work though. Thanks again for the video Dan I really wish you had gone a little farther on this because I know he's going to want to take off with it on his back but I think I got a idea about how to pack it up anyway so thanks again going to have a ball this weekend thanks to you. Stay vigilant my friend stay vigilant!

I've used ratchet straps (minus the ratchet & hardware) as treehuggers for my hammock before - they're hella strong. Bet they'd make a handy dual-use backpack strap too. If you were feeling excited, I think you could turn that pack frame into a bucksaw too. :)

I love your videos but this rack the way it is set up in my opinion is that the top part is leaning backwards and I had an extremely bad experience in the army when my extremely heavy backpack's top straps broke off while on a 60km march,. My back was hurting for a few days even though i was young and extremely fit as a result of my backpack leaning backwards (a lot though i felt like having a Porsche style whale wing)

Yes Sir,that interests me greatly and would possibly make one up as a B.O.B.. Nothing wrong with the red strapping. It adds a bit of pizzazz (technical term)🤗 to it. And darn it I just saw some discarded pull tape but didn't grab it. that would have worked well as strapping. Ya snooze,ya lose. 😁
