Good evening, I have a viable and cheap project capable of not only stopping marine erosion but also naturally recovering already degraded areas without interfering with marine dynamics or life. I need technical help to prepare the patent and publish the study. I don't need help to test the effectiveness or viability of the project, I can create and demonstrate a small-scale prototype at any time. I need help to develop a technical project and patent the concept.

Nice job. But, no matter what you do, it produces unintended consequences - which is what you are probably dealing with in the first place!!! Example - 40 years ago a marina was dredged. Now your beach is void of sand. Today's solution is to blame climate change!!! Remember this when dealing with water...no matter what you do to change the river, lake, pond, ocean, etc., it will balance your change somewhere, somehow. A harbor dredging here will be erosion there. A dyke to prevent flooding here will lead to enhanced flooding and erosion elsewhere.
