I rode tumbili today. I don’t care what anyone says. Tumbili was really fun. Yes it’s just a 4D freespin, but 1) We don’t have one in this area. Not everyone gets to travel everywhere and ride rollercoasters. For some people this park may be the only park they visit. So bringing something unique to this area is great! 2) The theming was so good. The music that played as you went up the lift and the monkey noises added a lot. It really felt like something unique even though it was just a freespin 3) It replaced the crypt. A rollercoaster replaced a flat ride. I don’t think that’s something to complain about. If it was the volcano replacement that would be different, but it’s not. So people need to quit freaking out about it. Today was just a great day. Everyone ran straight there and everyone was so excited. That atmosphere was great. When the first train went thru the track everyone was so excited. Everyone was laughing and pointing and freaking out. Seeing everyone experience that together and share that excitement was something really heartwarming, especially after the pandemic. I know this sounds cheesy but yeah. WE ALSO GOT FIRST RIDER PINS!!!! IVE ALWAYS WANTED FIRST RIDER STUFF

Did you know that Boo Blasters has 19 block zones?? Yes, really! I worked the exit last summer and there were MANY operational challenges with that ride.

I think it’d be cool to see a problematic coasters video on Splash Mountain at MK. I know it’s not exactly a coaster and more of a themed boat ride with a drop, but the ride op today claimed they run 48 boats at a time which seems insane to me. I’d love to learn more about it.
