Growing up in Culpepper, Kings Dominion was my home park and Volcano was a rite of passage when it first opened. My friends and I went wild over it. Also, am I the only one who enjoyed Hurler?? I mean yea I also love Wayne’s World but the abandoned doll factory theming for the coaster, functional Stan Mikas head, and an actual crashed mirth mobile into a fire hydrant to cool off on a hot day were just awesome. Ah, the mid 90’s 🤙

your not missing anything disney is overpriced, overrated, and really doesn't have that much interesting. The most interesting stuff is original things that remain (at either usa one at least) for history reasons or whatnot, anything new they add is usually pretty meh or else just a rebrand of something failed or redone in a lazy enough way. Also, just like universal, they'll probably get rid of all the best stuff in favor of more character named stuff (tower of terror vs. guardians....uuuuuuuh....yeah nope)>

Me too. I live in Ohio and have always lived in Ohio and I'm in my 30's and I've never been to another country and I've only been in 5 states Ohio, Kentucky, west Virginia, Indiana, and Maryland. I don't care if I ever go to Florida...it's to far away from Ohio and I see Florida in movies and TV shows and it doesn't look like somewhere I'd ever care to go too. Disney is alright really. California is too far away too. It love Ohio. It has the best roller coasters and the best amusement parks. I'm happy that I just happened to have been born in Ohio and raised in ohio. It's my favorite state. 🎢🎢🎢

Some volcanos, like Mauna Loa in Hawaii, are so tall snow falls on em. Mount Fuji is another example, and it’s classified as an active volcano. I think Mauna Loa is, too.

the first summer volcano was out I waited in line for 3 hours, that's when only 8 people could ride at a time. It's still to me one of the best coasters around. In 2002 in July in one day I got to ride it 14 times no wait in line. best day at KD

Hey the ride doesn't roll back nearly as much as it used to and the reason the fire is never on is because every time the ride faults the fire automatically turns off and its to bothersome to turn it back on again
