My grandfather was an engineer. Retired by the time i was born. The rail line ran behind his house and we would go out and watch the trains pass by all the time. Saddly he past on when i was 5. Now i live in the same house and my grandson almost 2 year old loves to listen for the trains and we go to the same spot to watch them. I came across this video when talking with his mother, and they watch it nonstop at their house . Our favorites are the steamers. My dad works at Amtrak and sends me videos of him driving Amtrak for me. He also gives me horn shows. He got into a train wreck and was injured badly. His leg got hit by the train bumper almost by the wheels. Right now I'm at Palatka Station in Florida, Waiting for him to let me in the cab for the whole ride!
