In season 2, they said that Dutch was in prison. He can still make an appearance. The original actor (Chad McQueen, who is Steve McQueen's son) did not want to appear in previous seasons of Cobra Kai, but I hope they convinced him to make a cameo in season 6. Tommy was the one who passed away in season 2.

@@StrawHatPirates56 Every time an OG character is mentioned in the show, they eventually show up. We'll see. My theory is that Dutch shows up at Carmen and Johnny's wedding. Kind of like how Lieutenant Dan showed up at Forrest Gump's wedding unexpectedly.

@@FaiyazFahmiSyed Dutch was the super aggressive Cobra Kai member in Karate Kid 1. He seemed more of a bully than Johnny and was scarier than Johnny. In season 2 they said he was in prison but did not say what crime he committed. Lots of people want to see Dutch return on the show, as he was the only one from the original Cobra Kai group in Karate Kid 1 to not make a return appearance, yet, on Cobra Kai TV series.

That is pretty scary. Kreese about to go full on dark mode. But I saw an interview with the actor that plays Kreese, Martin Kove, who said that Kreese comes full circle in part 3 and has a redemption. I think he was not supposed to reveal that in the interview, but he let the cat out of the bag.

I wished they showed a longer, more emotional reunion between Kreese and Kim Da Eun. Supposedly, they had not seen each other in about 40 years, and there was some kind of bond between them. Yet, we just see her surprised expression when Kreese shows up and that's it.

Johnny is very convincing. That is what makes him a good sensei. But he is also not above exaggerating or lying, so yes, him being a car salesman is not surprising.

It absolutely is. His abrasive attitude is not conducive whatsoever to being a salesman. He has shown no capacity to sell anything. He couldn't even be nice enough to a realtor and then was a jerk to the guy that wanted him to rent his house. He didn't get a single Cobra Kai student based off of his words. He showed that he was good at karate and then Miguel brought in everyone else. He lost his students every time he talked.

@@Onthebrink5 I disagree. He strikes me as a car salesman type in the sense that he is fast talking, pushy, firm handshakes, and not always honest. Those are things you think of in a stereotypical car salesman. He made Hawk, and he brought in Devon. But in the long run, he is not a car salesman, he is a sensei, but still learning how to be a good sensei.

@@omgbygollywow The dude is almost 50 and does not have a job. He has proven that he is a loser every step of the way. The only reason why he is OK in this universe is because this Cobra Kai universe has no basis in reality. He sells a car in this universe solely because it is in the script. Daniel owns a car dealership and knows jonny very closely and didn't believe he was capable of janitorial work, Hey you are smarter than Daniel. The guy that owns the dealership. You disagree because you like Jonny even though he is a scumbag that should be in jail. He is not a sensei either. He is awful around children. He made Hawk a bully. Eli only won after Daniel taught him. For the last time Jonny is not a good human being. He is a bad teacher and a bad role model. Cobra Kai fans are all emotion and no logic. No morals.
