Tory was gonna destroy that loser, if it wasn't for her probation. I'm glad Kreese took care of that creep. Tory is a sweet girl working so hard for her sick mother.

Kreese had Tory's landlord and maintenance man plant that snake at Larusso's dealership. They have a mutually beneficial relationship. Kreese knows that a maintenance man in California will know how to deal with snakes. Kreese knew that Robby had worked in maintenance at an apartment complex. So he knew that Robby knew how to handle snakes and that is why he suggested to Tory that she invite Robby in CK's snake heist.

While I feel a surge of deep satisfaction of something bad happening to Tory after the school fight, the landlord and aunt are the only exceptions.
