When chozen johnny and mike teamed up that was hilarious and any scene eith johnny and chozen is gold also the scene with kreese remembering a young johnny was so powerful brilliant acting. I hope Miguel gets more in season 6. I thought at the end of season 5 it was all over but one to go!

Calling it right now - Miguels father returns with a vengeance at some point. There’s a reason why they highlighted that as well. In the words of Silver; There’s just too much good drama there to “let sleeping dogs lie”. The creators are constantly laying the seeds with characters, only to bring them back in greater fashion later on, and this will be no different.

I feel season 5 should have been the finale. Terry is going to ptison, if Kreese is smart, he'd go into hiding. Daniel has become friends with his rivals from all 3 movies. Unless it's revealed Kreese is owed a favor by Colonel Dugan from The Next Karate Kid, there just isn't anywhere left for the series to go.
