Imagine the next episode starts off like this: We see a flash back of the 1944 Seikai Taikai, we see a young Mr. Miyagi and Sato as well a young Kim Sun Yung at the Seikai Taikai. We see Miyagi and Sato talking and Sato telling Miyagi to be careful. Miyagi is overconfident and mentally ready to win and show no mercy. On the other hand, Kim Sun Yung was competitive and also ready to fight, but shows a little more mercy. We see that Miyagi has to fight Kim Sun Yung in the finals and it gets to a point where both almost die. The end of the flashback shows Miyagi victorious over Kim Sun Yung, but both are severaly injured. We see Kim Sun Yung decide to take the No Mercy philosophy of fighting after that fight, and Miyagi just cares he won, but is conflicted if it was worth it. That would be an insane flashback

I agree except that it wouldn't be in 1944 as Mr. Miyagi was in Europe with the 442nd in World War 2 and Kim sung Yung was somewhere in the Asian theater as a forced conscript in the Japanese army, as the second episode of season 6 states. My money was that Kim's no mercy stance started from him being both a veteran of the China front, and a survivor of the battle of Okinawa, but it was both encountering Miyagi at the Sekai Taika and the division of his homeland that pushed him over the edge

There is speculation among some fans that Kreese had something to do with the death of Tory's mom. Whether he did it with his own hands, ordered a hit, etc. While it's certainly possible seeing as how he's a loose cannon, I have my doubts. He always cared for Tory, having a sort of grandfather-granddaughter relationship with her. In season three, he put the creepy landlord in his place and bonded with her over their shared experiences of having a sick parent. In the All Valley, he stood up to Silver for encouraging her to cheat and told her to fight in her own way. And although they had a falling out in season five, I think that bond they had is still there. Yes, Kreese is psychotic, no doubt. But I think even he has standards. Silver, on the other hand? He wouldn't think twice about homicide.

For Silver, this would be the perfect way to simultaneously get revenge on Tory for being disobedient a la "everyone has a weakness', but also to ensure Cobra Kai had a strong female student competing.

I wonder how much time passed between the Captain Matches/Tory walking out, and them getting to The Sekai Taikai Arena. Even the time between Tory walking out and before the flight. Did nothing of note happen? Did ANYBODY even try to reach out to Tory afterward? Surely they had a few days before the flight. I feel like alot of important moments have been skipped... after Season 5's events to them being at the Sekai Taikai. We don't get a flight scene or them first getting to Spain... i know this isn't Glee, but it wouldn't hurt to get a better understanding of time passing, cause it looks like they didn't have much time before the Sekai Taikai, even during the Qualifiers in Season 5 Episode 8. Not to mention, what about the Sensei Kim and Tory dynamic? They were not close, basically enemies, unlike Kreese and Tory. This whole concept of time in Cobra Kai is my only flaw right now. Like, i assumed the Cop/Investigator at the End of Season 5 told Daniel and Johnny that Kreese was dead, but given Daniel and Amanda's 1st convo, i guess he told them, he escaped..?? I loved the Season, but if Robby really did nothing to make contact with Tory after her Storm out, especially since thats when he found out about Tory's mom's Passing too.. then Robby is a shitty boyfriend. Him being surprised and heartbroken over seeing her on Cobra Kai's team, is a huge miscommunication red flag. Unless they ALSO skipped a Robby and Tory break up scene... ALSO, what about Tory's litter brother?! The mom just passed, Tory's in Spain and also not in a good head space, is He with that Aunt we saw one time? Did Tory forfeit rights of her brother to her? Is he dead too, or about to die cause he burns the house down while cooking??? So many unanswered questions... 🤨🤨🤨

Far Faaaaaar Too Contrived 1) Kreese just travels from the other side of the world to show up in a parking lot to tell something very specific to Tory when he's a wanted man. 2) Tory's mom then just dies. 3) The match goes bad because of a fist bump and Tory thinks Kreese is right. 4) She's on probation and allowed to leave the country, as is Robby. 5) There's extradition and they see Kreese and don't just yell "THAT MAN NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED!" THIS WRITING IS TERRIBLE

It is taking too many liberties. It's never been all that realistic, but it's not good when the writers do things like establish trouble with the law but then just forget about it when it's inconvenient. Robby's probation might allow him to travel to Barcelona since he's in the company of responsible adults, but Tory could hardly admit that she wanted to travel to wherever Cobra Kai has holed up to train with a wanted felon. Kreese traveling all over the globe with no problems despite being wanted for jailbreak with assault on prison guards? I don't think so.

I feel like the tournament should be only like the first three episodes. I think it should last that long then the last two should be about like the after like the collateral damages and some more bad ass fights after then part three like the finale and five they have a big ass fight somewhere and there is a moment where kwon realizes he’s on the wrong side same with Tory and they switch to the end where episode 15 is all the teens including kwon Tory yoon bowing to Johnny Mike maybe chozen and girl Danial that’s what I think should do what if in the end kreese switches to miyagi fang and bows with them or they fast forward into time where Miguel Robby kwon Sam Tory and the main teens are senses that would be cool.
