Cobra Exhaust is the bomb. I purchased a 2-into-1 exhaust for one of my bikes and because I had installed a full exhaust before I didn't realize I was missing components until I was done. The retailer where I bought the exhaust blew me off, but when I got Mike from customer service at Cobra on the phone, he seemed a little frustrated that there were missing pieces in my package. I was missing some hardware for the mounting brackets (I just used the fasteners from the previous exhaust I already had-and didn’t think much of it), I was missing the instructions, along with the heat shield I knew I was missing. He asked me if I could send it back. I didn’t want to dismantle what I’d installed (installing an exhaust system by yourself can be a little more challenging than what you might expect) and told him it was already on the bike. We made sure I had everything else I needed to finish the installation before he told me he would take care of me. And, he did. He sent me the heat shield as promised, and now, I'm a lifelong fan of Cobra. Great people and a great company.

thanks for the tour - nice to see where my pipes were made. I bought a new Ultra Limited and put Neighbor Haters on them. Great low base sound - loud but not too loud where its annoying. The NH slip ons along with the upgraded screaming Eagle air filter and torque cam made for a great 7k mile trip last summer. Thanks Cobra !

Wow, that was an awesome tour! I’ve used cobra products on my bikes for years, and don’t have any complaints. Honestly, after watching your video. Cobra’s manufacturing reminds me a lot of my old employer, Dixiechopper. It’s always good to see companies like cobra committed to continuing US manufacturing!

Great video guys, I have Neighbor Haters on my 19 RGS and want to add the Pro Chamber headpipes this summer. One thing I was hoping would be mentioned is cats, I have taken mine out but wondered if the Pro Chamber has one or not. Back in the day I used to work for a engine development company here in the UK and one of the things we used to do was custom exhaust systems for exotic cars from the heads back. Later we started doing Motorcycle exhausts for Japanese bikes (this was back in the mid 70's) which no one else was doing. Of course everything was hand controlled on hydraulic machines and hand welded!

Awesome video guys, I live about 15/20 minutes from their facility, Yorba Linda is a great community. I love my true dual head po I've and NH slip-ons. I do have a concern with their customer service (via email). I emailed them back in September asking how I can get a replacement heat shield for my pipes I had a minor incident and mine was scratched up pretty good. I'll try calling them on Monday. Question, that is US steel they are using. right ? Thanks again for the video, very cool facilities.

I have jsut placed an order for a pair of Cobra powr-flo 4 1/2 " (4.5) exhausts for my Harley Davidson Road King 2022 model. Looking forward to having them fitted in N. Ireland/UK. Should be awesome. My first Cobra's having been fixated on Vance and Hines for a number of years. Sadly one rusted prematurely. Hopefully Cobra's will not do the same. I ride in dry weather as well.

hey it's a great video and all and they do make great products. I actually run neighbor haters on my road glide. but the primary purpose of my comment is just a little advice for the Cobra tour guide. he's obviously very excited about all of his robotic welders and the technology and rightfully so but at some point you have to talk a little bit about the people that actually work for you. even towards the end of the video they tossed him a bone to compliment his workers and he didn't. he actually kind of joked about how they make mistakes. so just saying great video great product and I'll certainly continue purchasing them but again don't forget about the blood and sweat that made you what you are today.

I ordered a pair of cobra 909s slip ons. One Muffler had a spiral louvered baffle and the other had a straight louvered baffle. Cobra said they would sound and perform the same. I asked them if that was the case, then why have 2 different types of baffles, they wouldn't answer my question. All I want is what I ordered, what I paid for. How does a company become this big and successful treating their customers like this. Haven't heard from them in 2 weeks, they won't respond to my messages, I don't get it. JP cycles is trying to find a replacement baffle for me since cobra won't do anything.
