i love how moms ask many questions, and when they get the answer, they show genuine emotion. mum's mum reminded me of moms in the world.

One thing you should also probably know, Mum, and Mum's Mum, is that those people are minimum-wage workers. Minimum wage in the PH is around Php360 per DAY (not per hour). That is roughly $7 per day. More or less $170 per month, $200 at most. They're not making much, but most of those workers do try to make the best of it. That is why it was extra nice of Coca Cola to treat them. zhaquiri correction: minimum wage in the Philippines (National Capital Region in particular) as of 2019 is PHP 500 - 537 per day. So, that’s around $10 per day. The PHP 360 daily wage you’re referring to is the provincial rate, as it varies from PHP 300 - 400 per day, depending on region. Check out DOLE’s website if you don’t wanna believe me. But I seconded, it’s really nice of Coca Cola to initiate giving back to our hard working heroes who deserve it.

Mum michelle thats how we often celebrates christmas here in the philippines by giving and sharing. Hope someday you can celebrate christmas here in the philippines. The season starts on september 1 and ends january we have a long christmas season and kudos to coca cola for showing the filipino ways🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

I told you pretty Mum, it's really good reacting with your Mom, it adds up the emotions. BTW a little info. You may notice they put the time 'coz the supermarket will be closing at 11pm (thus last customer)and Pilipino Christmas Culture dictates that every member of the family must be present and gather around the dining table at midnight (christmas eve Dec.24th) celebrating Christmas with whatever food they have.
