coca cola vs mentos volcano eruption experiment with baking soda .

This was my attempt to make volcano out of mentos, i used almost 400 mentos and glued them with hot glue, put coke in a balloon inside the volcano and i used a little bit of baking soda. Well it worked but not as I expected. Let me know what you think I could have done different to make it better.
