If your clinic has decided to offer Cochlear Remote Care, you’ll need to decide which patients to enrol. Sounds simple, right?
In fact, enrolment criteria is not always straight forward. For example, you might select patients based on their location, tech-savviness, or MAP stability. Or you might choose to offer Remote Care to all eligible patients and let the patient decide if they are interested.
