Cockeys: Bell-Makers of Frome. David Lassman, local historian and author, gives an illustrated talk on the Cockey family and their bell-foundry in Frome. Although the firm is probably best known today as pioneers of the gas industry, earlier family members had no less a reputation within this highly-skilled craft.
